Australia Post Standard Package

Shipping methods of disposable vapes delivery: Australia Post standard/Australia Post Express

  1. Australia Post Standard Delivery: The same-day delivery of disposable vapes will be fulfilled on working days (from Monday to Friday). Orders usually ship within 1-5 business days depending on the payment confirmation and your selected delivery address and the availability of your items in the warehouse. Free shipping is offered for orders over £30.
  2. Australia Post Express: You can always pick this method by paying an extra $15, it usually takes 1-3 business days to deliver within Australia.

For orders with the Scripts option – if you upload scripts for Australia Nicotine Prescription Free upgrade to Express If provided.

We have no control over the disposable vapes delivery time frames once we give the parcels to AUS Post. Please contact AUS POST (13 76 78) for more details about your shipped parcels. Please note, for every order posted before 2 pm our team will post on that day, the other order after 2 pm we will post on the next day.

Weekend orders will depend on how urgent the order is, customer service team might post during the weekend

New Zealand Post Standard Package

Puffmi uses Australia post Standard / Express for all shipping requirements.

Australia post to New Zealand would longer please note during covid-19 we don’t have any control with the Post Office please be patient to wait for the order.

We recommend New Zealand try to grab a combo or bundle at once.

All parcels shipped by Puffmi include a tracking number. If you require signature on delivery or insurance for lost/stolen/damaged parcels, these options are available when confirming your purchase. If no one is available at your nominated shipping address and ‘Signature on Delivery’ option has not been selected then NZ post has the authority to leave your parcel in a secure location of their choosing.

Refund policy

Warranty and Return Policy

Each product has different warranty periods or may not have any warranty at all. Please be sure to check the warranty periods of your purchased products from their respective product pages. Products that are faulty and require repairs must be posted back to the manufacturer. puffmi.com.au does not perform repairs on faulty/damaged products.

The warranty period starts once the product has been posted to the purchaser.

This warranty does not cover misuse, deliberate/accidental damage or damages caused by wear and tear.

This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repairs.

This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping.

This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended usage conditions.

This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage caused by improper use of water or other liquids.

If the item is not in full working condition, the customer is required to contact Puffmi customer service and notify the function defects. puffmi.com.au will then provide a return address for the customer to post the product to. The return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All our products come with warranties that are covered only by the manufacturer. We do not have a Technical Department nor the facilities to test faulty items. The faulty items must be sent back to the manufacturer, as they are the warranty providers and will be providing a replacement product or a refund – whichever they see fit according to the situation of the faulty product. The manufacturer will be able to distinguish whether the fault is due to actual faults in the product – whether this be materials used or assembly of the product, or wear and tear by the customer. Once this is investigated, an outcome can then be reached. The timeframe for the repair process can take anywhere between 3-4 weeks.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the item doesn’t meet the customers “expectations” for opened and used products. If the item is still in it’s original packaging and has not been used, then we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, whichever the customer requests. The customer is responsible for sending the item back and paying for postage charges.

Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

The return date has exceeded 7 days;

The disposable sealed package has been opened and the product has no quality problems;

The product has obvious traces of use;

Missing package, accessories, or receipt, serious damage, contamination, etc.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. please attach the detail info@puffmi.com.au

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the payment will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective and damaged or we can give away 1 pcs free vape (puffsme team will select) on your next order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@puffmi.com.au
